Moving on up....

The chicks will be a week old TOMORROW and they have grown sooo much! The poor things really needed a bigger space...
so we taped two extra big boxes together and thats their new home til we get the coop built. We are going to work on the coop this weekend if the weather lets us. The chicks are really enjoy all the space they have. The take off running and try to fly, it is so cute.

I also added 2 pics. of the guineas and where their nest is in our yard... counted the eggs today and they have 29 eggs in there! WoW So exciting ☺

Chicks are here............
I havent updated in awhile... been to busy with my new babies. We are now the proud owners of 32 chicks! I ♥ it and I already want more! My uncle brought us 26 Buff Orpingtons on March 27, and I fell in love. Then the next day we where going to the Wal-Mart and they have a TSC right next to them Soooooooo as we where driving I was say "Please let them have baby chicks!" Brian was saying "Please dont let them have any!" Hes so funny, he loves all these chicks too. I catch him walking over to them and looking at them☻. Anyways we ended up buying 6 more from TSC... 3 RIR's and 3 assorted Bantams. Now we have to get the coop/run going or we are going to have chickens flying in the house, lol.

Grandma "Bom Bom" passed away March 15 2009...
she will be missed deeply she was a stubborn old lady and we loved her bunches!
She always spoke her mind and told how it was and thats what made her
our Bom Bom!
We all wore the Louisville t-shirts in her memory, she is their # 1 fan!!!

The start to a colorful blanket....

These square I worked on last night, going to make me a very colorful blanket when I get the rest of the squares done and put them all together with black yarn.......... cant wait to see it all done, its going to be pretty!
