Sausage, Bacon, Cheese Roll Up

Made this for dinner today by request of my daughter... I've made it a lot through the years & then forget about it til one of the family members reminds me. Its super easy to make.  You need bread dough, cooked sausage, shredded cheese & cooked crumbled bacon...  I dont measure my ingredients I just make it.  Cook, drain crumble your sausage & bacon. Set aside to cool, make your bread dough, roll into a rectangle, add cheese, cooked sausage & bacon, roll up, place on a olive oil bakin sheet, place in a preheated oven 350 & bake for 25 minutes.

Go here if you want to use the bread recipe I use:  Plantin Flowers & Bakin Bread... I picked some fresh spinach to go with it.  Then I remembered I still have a few cubes of frozen basil pesto from last summer, so I thawed myself out 2 (only 4 cubes left!), we also  topped it off with some chopped tomatoes with green chilies, good stuff.

You can even cube it up & eat it like a salad ;)

Spinach... (pizza recipe too)

I had about 12 bags of raw spinach I was workin with in the kitchen yesterday... cooked with some, froze some for later use & fed the barnyard some (Barnyard got a treat... Spinach)

Yum... Spinach, Purple onion, Mushroom, Ham & Cheese Omelet
This pizza was great! Dough turned out perfect... I thawed out some basil pesto & added a layer over the pizza sauce, then sausage, purple onion, mushrooms, cooked spinach, pepperonis & cheese.

Quick Pizza Crust (I found this recipe somewhere on the net, I forget where, sorry)

1 package of yeast
1 C warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T oil
2 1/2 C flour
2 T cornmeal (optional for sprinkling on cookie sheet)

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add sugar. Let yeast sit about 10 minutes (you want it good and foamy). Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. (I did this all in my kitchen aid) Allow dough to rest 5 minutes in a bowl with saran wrap or a towel over it. Preheat oven to 425, spread dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet sprinkled with corn meal (optional). Top with desired toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes. ( what the time so it dont burn) This makes 1 (14 inch) pizza.

Tomato, Spinach, Pasta And Yogurt...

Tried a new recipe yesterday for dinner, its a Kraftfoods.com recipe. I saved all my Kraft Food and Family magazines from 2004-2009. I'll look back through them from time to time and try something new. Heres the link for the recipe...

Tomato & Spinach Pasta Toss

We had salad and hm bread with it...

*Over all I think everyone liked it (I did), but some of The Teenagers picked out the tomatoes and spinach, lol.

I made a batch on hm crockpot yogurt last night, it doesnt turn out real thick so I put it in containers and drain it in a strainer lined with coffee filters (turns out like Greek style yogurt), I get 16 1/2 cup servings before drained.

Heres the link if ya want to make some... Crockpot Yogurt

Heres how I eat mine... 1/2 crockpot yogurt, 1/3 cup mandarin oranges, 1/2 cup of crushed pineapples, 3 tsp of coconut and alittle chopped nuts... Tropical Parfait

Heres What I Was Bloggin About 1 Year Ago...
