Kaylins taking a parenting class at school and it was her weekend to bring the baby home, this thing is so cool! It cries and you as the parent has to figure out if its hungry, tired, needs a diaper change or just want to be in a different position. Kaylin did a really good job of taking care of the weekend baby, we had to take it with us to the movies on Friday then to the store on Saturday and then to her grandmas on Sunday. The weekend baby would get her up through out the night... by Sunday night she was sick of this baby thing! She told us she is not going to have a baby for a very long time........... Good!
I think every child from the age of 12 should have to do this project. Its not the real thing but it comes pretty close to showing them what it would be like if they had a real baby.

I just love the new look of your blog! (OK, maybe it's not new, I have been MIA for a while). You are absolutely right, every teen should have to do this for at least a weekend, maybe a week!
