While browsing blog world last night I came across this scone recipe Gingerbread Scones on Heritage Schoolhouse blog and told my honey I was gonna make them in the morning... well its morning and I realized I didnt have any molasses so I seen I had a can of pumpkin in the pantry... so why not make Pumpkin Scones. I searched her blog and found this Pumpkin Scones recipe.
I actually started out with the Gingerbread recipe and then just added the pumpkin pie spice, 1 more Tablespoon of brown sugar and 1/2 cup pumpkin. Then after the baked and cooled alittle I mixed up powder sugar, milk, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice for the glaze... So So Yummy!
Can I just say that now I've seen there I'm craving pumpkin scones! Do you have a recipe for your glaze? Tess and I were talking about icing and how neither of us know how to make it!
