I'm such a lucky girl to have a sweet friend that let me come to her house & pick/cut as many grapes as I wanted from her grape vines this year... I ended up leaving with 3 plastic bags full, I weighed the bags and ended up with 33 lbs. So I've been makin jelly since Friday... Jelly is so easy to make I just used the SURE JELL Concord Grape Jelly recipe. So far I've processed 27 jelly jars & 1 pint. I got a lot more to go... I really think I'm gonna process the grapes and get the juice then freeze it and make more jelly later this year.
Its so good!
26 1/2 cups of grape juice waitin the fridge for me to turn it into jelly... 1 gallon bag of grape pulp... what can I make with that?

Oh I try to make wild grape jelly every year this year there does not appear to be enough grapes. I never knew what to do with the pulp but feed to chickens. B
