Today was a perfect day to bake bread here.... I baked gumpsgirl bread from backyardchickens, love her recipe. Made 1 loaf and 6 HUGE rolls, lol, next time I think I'll make 12 smaller ones. I added Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese to the top. The house smelled soooo good.
Ugh. Posts like these make me wish I didn't have Celiac Disease! lol. It looks wonderful! I miss baking bread.
