We picked enough for me to make us our 1st cobbler of the season...

Simple Cobbler Recipe...Add clean berries to a bowl with 1 cup of sugar, mix and let set to get juicy. Preheat oven to 350. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in bakin pan, mix 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of milk in a bowl, pour into bakin pan on top of melted butter. Then pour fruit in batter, bake for 30 mins.
* Enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream of whip topping :)
** Our Blackberries will be ready soon.

Yum! Looks delicious! We have 2 small raspberry bushes that we planted last year. We're getting about a cup every 2 days this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks... Cool :) We planted 1 thornless blackberry bush, about 2 or 3 years ago, looks like we will be pickin lots of berries off it this year.
