Banana Jam

 I got this recipe from a friend a few weeks ago. I made 9 1/2 pints of jam.


Put ‎5 cups of mushed bananas, 6 cups sugar, 1 box sure jell in a pot cook till dissolved, can in water bath for 15 min....done!

    Interesting...never knew you could make jam out of banana's...may just have to make some and try it for myself...thanks for the post!
