Today was snow day #3 and I think we all are getting alittle STRESSED! ALL 6 OF US HOME... ALL THE TIME... FOR 5 DAYS... dont know how many more days we can take. We "NEED" school, its our only break from each other! lol
The kids get bored and want to eat EVERYTHING in the house and right now theres not much to be choosing from (need to go grocery shopping) but Dylan did find stuff to make flourless Peanut Butter Cookies... he made them all by himself and they tasted yummy, he put choc. chips in one batch, those were really good.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies...Preheat oven to 350
1 egg, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar
(if you want added alittle choc. chips)
Mix together in a bowl
drop by tsp. full on cookie sheet
bake for 8 - 10 mins.
