...Recipe...
Taco Soup
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
4 15 oz. can pinto beans, undrained
2 15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 16 oz, cans corn, undrained
2 8 oz. cans green chiles, ( I used 2 cans tomatoes w/green chiles)
2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 pkg. ranch dip seasoning
2 cups water

Brown beef w/onion, drain fat. I added everything to my crockpot, cook on low about 7 hours.

Or add everything to a large pot add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil while stirring, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 1 hour.

Makes 20, 1 cup servings (If your doing ww, 1 pts. per cup)

* You can serve this with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips. I ate mine over top a slice of cornbread.
