FireCrackers...

These crackers are so good! I'd never heard of them til I read about them on my friend Trish's blog... Lovin' The Country Life so I mixed em up today and now I'm addicted to them, lol. These are a keeper.

1 box of saltine crackers
1 cup of canola oil (no substitutes)
1 pkg of ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 to 1 tbsp of crushed red pepper (I used our own)
...
Place crackers in a large enough container that can hold them. I used a gallon size baggie. Mix your pepper and ranch mix into your canola oil. Pour over your crackers, toss and flip baggie around to make sure oil mixture is evenly coated on crackers. Let it set awhile and then come back and turn some more.

* I mixed up just a ranch batch too, for the people that dont like hot things :)
