Been makin this casserole alot lately either for breakfast or dinner. Its something you can whip up real fast to feed the family. So good loaded up with veggies too.
Thanks... Thats our hm hasbrowns, we love em. Just shredded up cleaned potatoes (I use my food processor), season them, heat oil in a frying pan, add spoon fulls to fry, flatten alittle. I can fit 3 hashbrowns in the frying pan to cook at the same time.
